Yes, We have a total of three hospitality suites, one of them being a grand bridal suite, two suites for the groom and bridal parties.

Yes, we provide an onsite facility manager and an onsite event manager
Can the venue accommodate a DJ or Live Band?
Is there a separate space for cocktail hour?
Our Solarium Terrace is a perfect space for a cocktail hour with an incredible view of the Toronto city skyline.

Is there Parking Available?
There is a paid parking lot available directly across the venue. You can Pre-Purchase parking spots for your guests through our reservations team.
Are Chairs Provided?
For All Events, Chic and Stylish Chairs are provided within the venue rental
Are Linens & Napkins Available?
With events including Food & Beverages round tables, linens and napkins are provided
Are charger plates, cutlery, and dish ware provided?
They are provided at an additional expense, which can be quoted from the reservations team
Are Beverages Included?
When is the latest I can finalize my guest count before my event?
All information in regards to guest count, catering, and venue requests must be confirmed 30 days prior to your event
How much time prior to the event do my vendors have access to set up decor? And florals?
Vendors have access to the venue as early as 3 am, please confirm all loading times with your events manager 30 days prior to your event
Can I move things around to customize the space?
Is there a Coat Check Service?
If we bring our own DJ can they use your AV equipment?
Yes, we have a state-of-the-art audio visual and sound system that is included with the venue rental. We recommend having the DJ contact our event management team to confirm patching requirements
Is there Security Services?
Security is included in the room rental rate.
